“Rescue 6” of the Jacksonville, Florida Fire Department Rescue Division, which was stationed out of the former Station Number 6 on Florida Avenue near the downtown business district. It was built on a 1971 Ford F-250 chassis, and was manufactured by the SWAB Wagon Company of Pennsylvania.
The interior of Rescue 6 shows a Physio-Control Life-Pak 33, a General Electric “Porta-Mobile” UHF radio with EKG telemetry interface, an E&J resuscitator, a demand valve resuscitator, and other supplies of that era.
